When do you roast & ship?
All orders are roasted and shipped on Wednesdays :)
What do you mean by 'Our Cost'?
Our cost for includes the price we paid for the green coffee, along with other costs that can be clearly broken down into each pound of roasted coffee.

Of course, this price doesn't include the other various costs associated with running a little roastery, but the intention here is provide a more accurate picture of what goes into each pound of roasted coffee for us.
