Shipping and Returns

Gloom Coffee LLC roasts coffee to order to ensure freshness. Orders containing coffee are roasted and shipped on Wednesdays. Orders placed after Tuesday may be roasted and shipped the following week. During periods of high volume, holidays, or unforeseen circumstances, shipping timelines may be subject to change.

Orders are processed and shipped from Washington State. Shipping rates and available delivery options are calculated at checkout. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Delivery times are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. Gloom Coffee LLC is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, or other factors outside our control.

We currently ship to addresses within the United States. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout, the customer is responsible for any additional shipping costs required to resend the order.

Due to the perishable nature of roasted coffee, all coffee sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on coffee products. If your coffee arrives damaged, incorrect, or defective, please contact us within seven days of delivery at info@gloom.coffee with your order number and a description of the issue, and we will work with you to resolve it.

Non-coffee items such as merchandise may be eligible for return if they are unused, unworn, and in their original condition. Requests for returns must be made within fourteen days of delivery. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment once the returned item is received and inspected.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered by the carrier. If you believe your package is lost, please contact the carrier directly or reach out to us and we will do our best to assist.
