DOOM

DOOM

$21.00

A marriage of washed Colombian & Peruvian coffees, it's a crowd-pleaser: safe and cozy. Reminds us of milk chocolate, red grape jelly, and dark caramel. On a scale of fun to funnest, we'd call it fun.

DOOM is our flagship blend. An homage to one of the finest MCs to ever do it, that thing that wiped out Old Valyria, and one of the coldest supervillains of all time. DOOM is the most developed roast we have on our menu - and though it's not properly “dark,” it has been pushed far enough to have 'roasty' notes and ought to make anyone happy who prefers the dark side. If you (or your friend you’re buying this for) like coffee that is “bold”, “strong,” or simply “coffee that tastes like coffee,” y’all’re in the right place.

DOOM sings on every brew method, it takes very well to milk or sugar (or both if you like), it's easy to make it taste very taste, it's going to give you the crispiest milk doodles, and make your mom happy, probably.

DOOM

Right now DOOM is a 50/50 blend of two community lots - one from Colombia, and one in Peru. We're sourcing these coffee with consistency of flavor and deliciousness in mind for the final product. When they come together, you'll notice flavors that remind you of chocolate, caramel, and a bit of fruit for good measure.

Why is this coffee special?

With DOOM, we wanted to create a crowd pleaser that delivers every time, regardless of brew method. If you prefer light roasts but want something that'll be approachable for everyone and easy to work with, this is for you. If you prefer dark roasts, this one won't be quite as bitter but will deliver a sweet, balanced, full flavor cup every time.

This blend is for everyone, and even though there are tasting notes we get out of this, we think anyone could drink this coffee and have nothing more to note than that it's yummy.
