DOOM is one of our two flagship blends - tame edition. An homage to one of the coldest supervillains of all time, that thing that whipped out Old Valyria, one of the greatest MCs to ever do it, and all things despicable. This one is a marriage of washed Guatemalan & Peruvian coffees, both hailing from smallholder co-ops that work hard to produce consistent tasting coffee year over year.

DOOM is also the most developed roast we have on our menu - and though it's not 'dark' legally speaking, it has been pushed far enough to start to have inherent 'roasty' tasting elements, and ought to make anyone happy who prefers the dark side. If your friend that you're buying this for says they like their coffee 'bold', 'strong', or if they 'like coffee that tastes like coffee' you're in the right place.

This one is for you if you want something that both offers consistency of deliciousness and flavor. It tastes great on every brew method, it's easy to make taste very taste, it takes very well to milk or sugar or both if you're into that, it's going to give you the crispiest milk doodles, and make your mom happy probably.
